Our UNIVERSAL resin table tops were developed to replace old wood table tops with K-plate systems for the most demanding rental and catering applications... yet they can be used with most existing mono-leg systems on the market to replace any wood table top, in restaurant, cafes, bars. MATERIAL

Our table tops are made of a strong, easy to maintain techno-polymer reinforced with fiber glass. They can be used indoor and outdoor. The technology used is an advanced co-injection system resulting in a multi-density structure with a foamed core and high density skin.

super strong and highly resistant to scratches the fiber glass filled techno-polymer has a natural scratch resistance predisposition paired with strength, impact resistance and rigidity unparalleled by other materials. Metallic inserts can be inserted into the top to increase performances in the coupling table top-leg system of your choice.

The Recycled Beige and Gray versions are made with industrial grade recycled plastic, reinforced with fiberglass and made with the same co-injection technology,Do not be fooled by the term "recycled". Our Recycled plastic table tops are military grade!!!

Table top anchorage instructions: K-Plates

In case you are recycling your old table top K-Plates, here's how to.

• Use a Ø3mm (1/8in.) drill bit with a collar set to make a pre-hole 10mm (3/8in.) deep for the 6 screws holding the k-plate.
• The position of the 6 holes for the screws of the k-plate is clearly marked under the table top. Again... the collar on the drill bit should be set at 10mm (3/8in.) from the tip of the bit.
• Attach the k-plate driving the 6 wood screws Ø4mmx12mm (#8x1/2in.L) into the table top without over-tightening (set your power- tool on LOW TORQUE if using a power tool). Screw size can be increased all the way up to Ø6 mm (Ø1/4in.).

We do provide K-Plates with 1 key hole, for Ø 1 3/4 in. columns, pre-assembled to the table top.

Table top anchorage instructions: metallic inserts for M6 screws

We recommend using INSERTS for M6 screws to attach most common leg plates/spiders to our table tops.

• Referencing your existing plate/spider, locate the position of the screws under the new table top. We can assist and take care of this process if provided with a drawing with the inter axis of the holes.
• Use a Ø8mm (5/16in.) drill bit with a collar set to make a 10mm (3/8in.) deep hole that will accommodate the insert.
• Using a 6mm Allen key, drive the inserts into the table top holes made previously without over tightening (set your power tool on LOWER TORQUE if using a power tool).
• Using M6 screws, attach the leg plate/ spider to the table top to finish the assembly...
